A-SHED COLORADO
TEN-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
A-SHED COLORADO warrants to the original purchaser that the A-SHED COLORADO product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service within ten (10) years from the date of installation to the original buyer. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any paint or parts of your A-SHED COLORADO product which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be defective. In order for this warranty to be valid, all siding must be painted within ninety (90) days of installation (proof of paint purchase required). A-SHED COLORADO, Inc. shall not be liable for any installation or reinstallation cost or for the natural characteristic of some wood to split, warp or twist
A-SHED COLORADO does not warranty concrete against spalling, pitting or cracking.
THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE. A-SHED COLORADO DOES NOT ASSUME AND DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS A-SHED PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY A-SHED COLORADO PRODUCT OR ANY PART THEREOF WHICH HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO MISUSE, ALTERATION NEGLIGENCE OR ACCIDENT OR WHICH HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY ANY ACT OF GOD OR VANDALISM OR THEFT OR OTHER EVENT WHICH IS CUSTOMARILY COVERED BY HOMEOWNER’S INSURANCE. THE BUYER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF THE RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURERS OF MATERIALS WHICH EXCEED A-SHED COLORADO WARRANTY (BUYER MEANS ORIGINAL PERSON TO WHOM THE A-SHED COLORADO PRODUCT WAS INSTALLED). The buyer acknowledges that no other representations were made to or relied upon by them with respect to the quality or function of the goods herein sold.
ALTERATION FROM ORIGINAL INTENDED PURPOSE VOIDS THE WARRANTY.
Materials Escalation Clause
In the event of significant delay or price increase of material occurring during the performance of the project referenced in the sales order, through no fault of A-SHED COLORADO, the purchase order amount, time of performance, and project requirements shall be equitably adjusted by change order or a new sales order in an amount reasonably necessary to cover any such significant price increases. A change in price of an item of material shall be considered significant when the price of an item or material increases 5% percent between the date of the sales order and the date of installation. Such price increases shall be documented through quotes, invoice, or receipts.
Subject to the above Materials Escalation Clause, the Sales Order is valid for thirty days (30) days from the date of the sales order or the end of the calendar year in which the sales order is made, whichever time is shorter. If a customer does not request to begin construction within the shorter of the time periods, or if customer requests construction to be postponed past the shorter of the two time periods from initial acceptance of sales order, the sales order is no longer valid.
